Job Summary

OLI Outdoor Services is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be the face of our company, connecting with homeowners, businesses, and property managers to offer expert solutions in tree removal, tree trimming, land clearing, and stump grinding. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to close deals, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

•

Generate leads and close sales by engaging with potential customers in person, over the phone, and online.

•

Educate clients on our services by assessing their property needs and recommending the best solutions.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

•

Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company goals.

•

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

•

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

•

Proven sales experience, preferably in outdoor services, home improvement, or a related field.

•

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

•

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

•

Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up with clients in a timely manner.

•

Experience using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.

•

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
