Job Description:
Join Caldwell Exteriors as a Sales Representative with the potential to earn $100K+ annually. This is an hourly and commission-based role with a high earning potential, selling a free product to homeowners to help restore their homes affected by storm damage.
Responsibilities:
•Identify and contact potential customers in need of property restoration services.
•Conduct property inspections and provide detailed assessments to homeowners.
•Present and sell our restoration services, emphasizing our A+ BBB rating and 5-star reviews.
•Manage customer relationships and provide excellent post-sale support.
•Work closely with our in-house crews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record (preferred but not required).
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•High motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
