This opening is for a full-time sales representative. The job is focused on ensuring that customers are taken care of and that the sales team stays organized. This is a very important "glue person" whose number one job is to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. Duties would include updating customer profiles in our CRM, responding to customer emails, checking orders pre-production, checking messages, returning calls, and sending quotes.
If you are super organized, care a lot about the customer and your work, and can use a computer efficiently, you'll likely do well in this role. While you're working with the sales team, there's way less pressure than would come with being a salesperson. Experience is preferred but not required. This role would allow you to transition into a sales role in the future or remain in an admin-type role but with more responsibility.

Where Would I Work & What’s It Like?
All employees work out of our office in Winter Park, FL (just off of University). Our office is fast-paced and highly interactive among team members.
We’re an online company. No customer showroom means we can support our nationwide customer base without tire-kickers or distractions.
You’ll have a sit-stand desk, double monitors, and a super comfy ergonomic chair (Herman Miller Aeron if curious).
We design, sell, and make completely custom metal and fabric products (custom challenge coins, lapel pins, race medals, keychains, patches, etc.).
Less literally, we sell service. No one will see the design or buy products if we can’t give a good customer experience first.
Our goal is to deliver a service that’s so good customers can’t help but talk about it. We want to help not only the person inquiring but also their friends, family, and business associates.
Your annual compensation would be worth between $40,000.00 and $45,000.00 in year one and based on experience.

The team you're supporting is a 100% inbound sales team. Customers contact us because they already know they want our product but need our help with the design and getting it made.
New project requests come to you courtesy of our marketing team in the form of a call, email, text to your business line, or inquiry in our custom CRM. The sales and customer service teams work in conjunction with our art team and customer to turn those ideas into reality and deliver them on time and on budget.
