Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of steel framing products to prospective customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including: builders, contractors, developers, and construction material suppliers.

· Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential customers.

· Present and demonstrate our products to prospective customers.

· Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to close agreements with customers.

· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

· Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Qualifications:

· Required proven experience in sales in the construction industry.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Positive attitude and high level of motivation.

· Industry knowledge: familiarity with relevant industry trends, products, and competitors.

· Resilience: capacity to handle rejection and setbacks, maintaining motivation and persistence.
