Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator to provide essential support to our Vice President of Sales and the broader sales organization. This dynamic role will be instrumental in enhancing sales effectiveness, streamlining operations, and contributing to key marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:•Sales Enablement & Content Development:
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and third-party stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling sales collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
+ Assist in drafting and coordinating press releases related to sales achievements and product launches.
+ Ensure all sales materials are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to the sales team.
•CRM Management & Sales Support:
+ Provide ongoing support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data entry, data integrity checks, and report generation to support sales pipeline management and forecasting.
+ Assist with the processing of sales orders and other administrative tasks related to the sales pipeline.
+ Help maintain and organize sales documentation and resources.
•Event & Trade Show Coordination:
+ Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of industry trade shows and events.
+ Manage logistics for booth materials, ensuring timely delivery, setup, and teardown.
+ Coordinate customer visits, both internal at our facilities and external at client sites.
•Marketing & Market Research:
+ Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts by assisting with content updates and keyword research as directed.
+ Conduct market research as needed to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for the sales team.
•Talent Pipeline Support:
+ Assist the VP of Sales in managing the sales talent pipeline, potentially by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, or organizing candidate information.
•Administrative & Operational Support:
+ Provide general administrative support to the VP of Sales and the sales team as required.
+ Help optimize sales processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
•5 years of experience in a sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative role, preferably within a B2B environment.
•Proficiency with CRM software HubSpot a plus.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
•Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
•Proactive, problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with marketing concepts (SEO, content marketing) is a plus
