Position Summary:

Broker Online Exchange (BOX) seeks a full-time Sales Operations Associate to support the sales team by managing processes, data, and systems that drive efficient and accurate sales execution. This role requires strong communication for coordinating with internal and external teams, as well as exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The selected candidate will be instrumental in preserving BOX's competitive standing in the market. This role is perfectly suited for a proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and enthusiastic interest in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pricing/Template Management: Maintain and update mapping templates for all matrix suppliers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with supplier requirements and system configurations. Execute matrix pricing uploads, including validating source data, monitoring upload success, and confirming pricing is accurately reflected within the platform

- Manage user and agency permissions: Manage user and agency permissions by creating, updating, and deactivating user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels and compliance with internal controls. Serve as the primary point of contact for user access issues, including troubleshooting login errors, resolving MFA resets, and ensuring timely restoration of system access

- Collaboration with all departments: Support ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in pricing operations and user management workflows and recommending solutions. Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, supplier guidelines, and data integrity standards

- Organizational Excellence: Showcase superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing several projects adeptly in a bustling setting.

- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in pricing data, working cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers as needed.

What Broker Online Exchange Offers:

- Blended Office/ Work From Home: Hybrid work model with in-office days from Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursday and Friday, plus twelve work-from-anywhere days and fifteen vacation/sick days annually.
