Position Summary
The Sales Lead Advisor working in a call center environment is responsible for utilizing software portals to manage and track sales leads while contacting leads in the effort to understand their needs with regard to SunnyMac products.
Duties and Responsibilities
•As the initial point of contact for potential customers you will be responsible in helping them understand the benefits of solar energy in addition to scheduling consultations with our Sales Team
•Engage with potential customers to understand their needs
•Respond to inquiries to qualify potential customers
•Daily Contact: Ensure all new leads are contacted on a daily basis
•Utilize subcontractor hub to manage and track leads
•Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous customer service
•Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-sale process while collaborating to share insights on lead quality and trends
