Our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Sales Executives need to have a wide skillset to meet the demands of this varied role selling our Total Fluid Solutions: we need a salesperson, brand ambassador, a leader, and astute decision-maker.
You will understand profits, know how to handle a budget, and have a firm grasp on product knowledge issues. You should also have a clear, purposeful leadership style that encourages your team to exceed sales targets and always deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage sales portfolio of medium to large Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers (i.e. construction, mining, hospitals, agriculture, transportation industries) including Over-The-Road (OTR) fleets, most industries utilize Off-The-Road equipment / fleets that also require fuel and services.
•Drive customer value through:
•Growing gallons and instore sales to drive traffic to Cardlock / C-Store owners
•Retaining consistent rateable customers through programs like fleet card
•Understanding and formulating a plan to ensure our C&I customers improve their energy delivery execution through our total fluid solution offerings.
•Influencing key C&I customer stakeholders to utilize marketing programs that are made available.
•Getting C&I customers to prepare for the future by improving their operations and delivery.
•Influencing C&I customers to become more energy focused and leverage WFS solutions such as Bulk Fuel Delivery, Fuel Tank Solutions, natural gas supply, fleet fuel cards/card network, Lubricants and sustainability offerings.
•Implements Branded Promotional programs.
•Maintains scores in desired range from evaluations performed by management and customers.
•Successfully implements business plans.
•Ensures all facilities are operating under current regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:
•Minimum of 5 years experience B2B sales experience in a customer facing role
•Sales experience in Oil and Gas industry required
•Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently.
•Great communication skills
•Ability to get along with a variety of personalities and individuals.
•Ability to travel, as needed.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Specific Skills & Knowledge Required:
•Sales or customer service experience required
•Experience in a customer facing role in the energy and/or commercial or industrial industry preferred.
•Salesforce and relevant reporting tools
