Job Title: Outside Fuel Sales Representative
Full Time: Monday- Friday
Scheduled hours: 8a.m.-4:30p.m
Pay Scale: 55K-65K + Commission
Beaudry Oil & Propane is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Fuel Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and promoting our fuel and product solutions to a variety of customers, including commercial fleets, farms, construction companies, and residential accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Prospect, identify, and develop new fuel sales opportunities within assigned Western territory.
•Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing top-tier service and support.
•Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate fuel solutions (diesel, gasoline, propane, lubricants, etc.).
•Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
•Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
•Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
•Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
•Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
•Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
•Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, preferably in the fuel industry
•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong negotiation and closing skills
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
•Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”, communicate and motivate customers on the company’s products.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & Word, CRM’s.
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
