Job Description – Sales & Design Position

Iron Lion Entries, LLC (ILE) designs and sells architectural steel doors, walls and windows for luxury homes and high-end commercial applications. Now in its twelfth year, the Company continues to grow at a tremendous rate. ILE is family-owned and run by successful and experienced members of that family.

The Company is looking for a Sales & Design Consultant, reporting to the Sales Manager. This is a full-time salaried position at $5,000 – $5,840 per Month, depending on experience. There is also an opportunity for performance bonuses.

It is a broad role that includes client management, keen product knowledge, and program tracking. A bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of sales experience, and experience in construction or design is a must. Experience with Photoshop or similar design programs is a plus.

We are looking for someone who can assist prospects, clients, and the sales team throughout the entire, detailed sales process and to help maintain strong relationships with Homeowners, Builders, Architects, and Interior Design firms. Prospects are sourced via inbound project quote requests, existing relationships and architects’ customer requests, referrals from social media, etc. This position does not currently require any direct outbound sales calls. This position does include some local travel. ILE reimburses travel mileage in accordance with IRS recommendations.

Daily responsibilities include promptly responding to new and existing clients, utilizing photoshop to create visual renderings of our products and CPQ configurator to build products, and see all projects to completion. Other responsibilities include client meetings and presentations in house and out in the field. This position requires close communication with the operations and quality teams for the benefit of the client.

The position is located at the Company’s facility in Fairview, TN. It is Exempt per the Fair Labor Standards Act and does not receive overtime, due to the level of responsibility and compensation. There is no moving allowance for this position. Candidates will not be considered unless they live within a 45-minute commute from the Company's facility or will move within that distance at their own expense.
