Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable powersports vehicles and accessories

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, and Snowmobiles

- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight key products and promotions

- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and card payments with professionalism

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via phone or in person while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Qualifications

- Prior retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus for leadership opportunities

- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions

- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about vehicle features

- Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities considered an asset for serving diverse customers

- Knowledge of powersports vehicles or experience working in a similar retail environment is advantageous

- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to upselling and enhancing the customer experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
