We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with direct sales execution to achieve ambitious business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional who excels at building relationships, developing marketing campaigns, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels
- Assist the Sales Team with quotes, orders, confirmations, and schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding account penetration
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in CRM system
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Develop compelling marketing materials including brochures, case studies, and presentations
- Manage social media presence and content marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and industry events
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities
- Collaborate with product team to support go-to-market strategies for new offerings
- Track and analyze marketing ROI and campaign performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
- Industry-specific experience in [relevant industry]
