We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven commission-based Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This individual will help spearhead our sales initiatives, manage local and digital marketing strategies, oversee lead management, and conduct at-home consultations with prospective clients. · Sales Leadership: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
· Marketing Management: Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to optimize local and digital marketing efforts, tailoring strategies to the Greenville market.
· Lead Management: Efficiently handle inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and nurturing potential clients through the sales funnel.
· Client Consultations: Conduct at-home consultations to assess client needs, present Spray-Net solutions, and provide accurate project estimates.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging referrals and repeat business.
· Brand Representation: Act as the face of Spray-Net Southern Wisconsin, promoting our brand and services at local events, home shows, and through community and other key networking engagements.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within the home improvement, painting, or related industries.
