· Call our qualified leads within minutes of receiving their information- email follow-up.
· Set site assessments and virtual appointments for sales.
· Collect customer data needed to prepare a quote.
· Follow up with leads not yet contacted to ensure contact is made, appointment set, or questions answered.
· Work with our CRM to keep diligent and accurate notes.
· Follow up with customers between 2-5 days after appointments.
· Reply to customer emails within 24 hours.
· Generate marketing material and post on social media.
· Ability to work with administrative and management staff to record critical information.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
· Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
· Ability to communicate effectively through phone & email communication.
· Work Home Shows/State Fair when needed, which includes the occasional weekends.
· Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

MN Solar is looking for an organized person with strong communication skills, who can multitask, and who has a passion for sustainable energy. Although preferred, experience is unnecessary as we are more than willing to train the right individual for the available position.
