Sailboat Rigger/ Rigging Technician

We’re growing and looking for full-time rigging technicians to join our team. Whether you’ve worked in the rigging trade for years or are just starting out and want to learn the craft, this could be a great fit.

At The Yacht Rigger, we work on a wide range of sailboats—from serious offshore cruisers to classic day sailors. No two days are the same, and every project is an opportunity to learn, improve, and be proud of what you build.

Who we’re looking for:

* Experienced riggers looking for steady, year-round work

* Sailors and marine industry workers who want to deepen their hands-on knowledge

* Detail-oriented workers with a strong work ethic and willingness to train

Comfortable climbing masts and working in outdoor environments Bonus if you've ever picked up The Rigger’s Apprentice or enjoy troubleshooting complex problems
