Safety Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Safety Specialist to help us maintain a safe and healthy work environment. You’ll ensure we’re following all safety regulations, lead audits and training, support incident investigations, and help manage facilities and equipment upkeep.

What You’ll Do:

- Help enforce OSHA and other safety regulations

- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments

- Support incident investigations and track corrective actions

- Coordinate safety training for employees and contractors

- Promote safety awareness across the company

- Maintain safety records and reports

- Support equipment inspections and preventive maintenance

- Assist with facilities and emergency response planning

- Participate in safety audits

- Be part of an on-call and rotating weekend schedule

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of HSE experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)

- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations

- Bilingual in English/Spanish

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Able to lead safety trainings and work with all departments

- This position requires on call availability outside business hours on an as needed basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
