In this role, you will be accountable for management (development, implementation, and maintenance) of health and safety programs, processes, procedures, and initiatives within Enbridge administrative corporate offices in Canada and US.

- Develop and maintain and monitor comprehensive office safety programs, processes, and procedures for large corporate offices.
- Implement and monitor safety systems and processes, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and state legislation.
- Manage incident (event) and hazard reporting, analysis (investigation), and corrective action processes for corporate offices and workers.
- Coordinate and support building evacuation procedures, including emergency warden programs and evacuation assistance.
- Manage and monitor workplace and medical equipment inspections, ensuring timely follow-up on identified issues.
- Manage and monitor office ergonomics processes.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization, fostering an environment which values continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.
- Degree, diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in health and safety, including program development and implementation.
- Understanding of Federal, Provincial, and State H&S legislation in North America.
- Effective interpersonal skills that include ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience supporting large, multi-site office environments is an asset.
- Valid passport and the ability to travel within Canada and US.
- Office based.
- 10-15%travel.
