NorthStar Energy Solutions is looking for a hands-on Safety Manager Support professional to assist our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) operations across the North Texas area. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day execution of field safety initiatives. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in the power industry, with a focus on T&D safety leadership. You’ll work directly with crews, foremen, and project leadership to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct on-site safety observations that drive continuous improvement.
