Risk Management & Compliance:

- Develop risk assessments and safety plans for high-hazard operations including propane handling, confined space entry, heavy equipment use, and DOT-regulated transport.

- Monitor and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems.

- Maintain and submit required safety reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.

Culture & Engagement:

- Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, employee involvement, and continuous improvement.

- Serve as a resource and coach to supervisors and employees on safety-related matters.

- Organize and lead safety committees or toolbox meetings.
