Duties/Responsibilities

- Must be certified to do safety training

- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures

- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers in overseeing their teams' compliance with safety training requirements

- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Provide safety training to employees

- Provide the following training such as Forklift, Manlift, PEC, H2S

- Schedule regular safety training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for existing employees

- Maintain accurate records of employee training certifications and compliance

- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging safety trends to continually improve

- Other duties related to this position will be assigned
