•Provide administrative support and services to the Health, Safety & Quality Team
•Input and maintain HSEQ prequalifying sites (ISNet, Avetta, Complyworks, etc.)
•Update formatting and document management of core HSE documentation such as the Health & Safety Management System
•Assist with the development of project specific HSE plans
•Work with the Training Coordinator to bridge documents from multiple databases to ensure availability of current document library to entire workforce.
•Ensure all HSE related documents comply with numbering convention and document control processes.
•Utilize HSI HSE management software to track and trend data, as well as capture required KPIs
•Support the development and implementation of new monthly HSEQ reporting templates
•Creation and editing of HSEQ reports, templates, newsletters, work documents and other correspondence materials for the executive team and the workforce
•Other duties as assigned
•3 years of related experience in an administrative or technical role
•3 years of related experience in the Oil and Gas service industry is preferred
•Post-Secondary in Business Administration or office administration considered an asset; preference given to those with Health and Safety Administration (HSA) Designation
•Experience working with Oil and Gas related HSE management systems, standards, and guidelines considered an asset
•Experience using HSI Software is considered an asset
•Proven track record of exceptional internal and external customer service
•S trong computer skills with proficient ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Office 365 migration
•Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an ethical and professional manner
•Ability to use database information, figures, and statistics to generate reports, charts, and graphs
•High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion
•Pro-active, motivated individual with the ability to work under own initiative without direction
•Willing to take on additional tasks as required and learn new skills
Ability to work overtime as required
