We are seeking a skilled and service-driven Repair & Maintenance Manager to oversee roofing, siding, and carpentry repairs and warranty operations. This position serves as the first line of defense in customer communication, fielding inbound calls, assessing issues, and offering timely solutions. You will lead our team of multi-trade technicians and act as a crucial support resource for project managers-helping to scope repairs, estimate job costs, and manage change orders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and values quality, customer trust, and team leadership.
