Service Advisor

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Overtime Required: At Times

Salary: Depending on Experience + Commission Opportunities

Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft office suite, ability to pass job related assessments, organized, coachable, quick to assess, ability to multi-task, ability to build and maintain client relationships, clean background, no fear of heights, ability to climb and use a ladder, clean driving record with a valid driver’s license

Preferred: Bilingual, roofing industry experience a plus

Reports to: Sales Manager

This position will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities:

· Self-Generate or Receive Leads from Customer Service

· Create relationships with property management companies, commercial real estate, and general contractors

· Utilize existing relationships to meet potential service clients

· Research and determine warranty status

· Assist customers with current service issues and triage calls

· Educate customers on maintenance program

· Schedule initial inspections

· Perform initial inspections and triage roofs

· Prepare inspection reports

· Recommend and sell preventive maintenance and repairs

· Other duties as assigned

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
