We're looking for a motivated Online Sales Representative to join our in-person team and help us grow our digital sales channels.
As our Online Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on proactively identifying and reaching out to new potential customers within the construction industry. You’ll be responsible for cold calling, sending targeted emails, and building a pipeline of qualified leads. This role is key to expanding our customer base—introducing our products to new audiences, generating interest, and driving new business opportunities.
This is an in-person role based at our office/warehouse location and runs Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach efforts within the construction industry.
· Research and target potential customers to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
· Introduce our products and services to new prospects, providing clear information on pricing, availability, and benefits.
· Follow up on initial outreach, quotes, and inquiries to convert prospects into active customers.
· Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospect and customer interactions.
· Collaborate with the outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.
