About the Opportunity:1Solar is a debt-free company with over 11 years of proven success in the solar industry. After building a strong reputation, we’re now expanding into roofing to meet growing demand—backed by the same leadership, systems, and customer-first approach.

Our new Roofing division is supported by in-house leads from our Solar team and a network of canvassers in high-opportunity areas. We specialize in Lifetime Roofs backed by top-tier warranties—covering 100% of materials, labor, tear-off, and disposal. We install premium asphalt shingles from Owens Corning, GAF, and CertainTeed, and our commitment to quality puts us a step ahead of most roofing contractors in Utah.

This is a ground-floor opportunity for driven sales professionals to help build something great, with the backing of an experienced, stable company.

Compensation:

Commission only. With a 20% close rate on company-provided appointments, Roofing Sales Closers can expect to earn $70,000 to $190,000+ per year.
