Roofing Production Team Member

Lifetime Roofing, a dynamic and growing roofing company in East Lansing, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated roofer to join our team. You will supervise our crews and complete small roofing projects.

You will be supported in the role by an experienced Roofing Supervisor, who will act as a mentor and leader.

Key Information:

This role is paid at starting rate of $24 per hour plus bonuses and overtime opportunities during the roofing season. There may be on-call requirement at busy times. The role will involve ensuring quality assurance for the company, and assisting on project work, repairs, technical measures, and a wide range of roofing related work as required. You will ensure that all work meets the company’s high-quality standards. You will be able to spot problems, problem solve, be able to document and record what is required to complete the project. As part of the interview process you will have a short assessment on shingle roof application and knowledge.
