This is not a remote job—home base is at our sales office, you'll be on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and building trust, and offering top-quality roofing and siding solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

•

Respond to qualified leads from inbound calls and marketing campaigns—no cold calling!

•

Perform on-site inspections and consultations for roofing and siding projects

•

Educate customers on materials, warranties, financing, and system options

•

Deliver clear, honest estimates and close deals with confidence

•

Collaborate with our project managers to ensure a smooth experience for every customer

•

Use our CRM system to track your leads and stay organized

•

Promote integrity, transparency, and excellence in every interaction

What You’ll Need

•

2+ years of roofing or exterior remodeling sales experience (required)

•

Strong knowledge of asphalt, metal roofing, or siding systems

•

A self-starter attitude with serious drive to close and earn

•

Outstanding communication, presentation, and follow-up skills

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

•

No evening or Saturday appointments unless requested
