We are looking for a few exceptional candidates to add to our outstanding sales team. The right individual will be a self-starter, highly motivated, money hungry, and will need to be able to fit into the existing culture that is root of our success. Personal drive, while extremely important, will need to be balanced with a strong sense of teamwork and willingness to help further company goals and not just personal ones. Duties
•
Consult with and sell to our customer base, developing leads through door knocking, cold and warm calling, and networking with some supplemental leads provided by the company.
•
Drive to leads, target neighborhoods, roof builds, and company events with your own reliable vehicle.
•
Become a product expert via ongoing training and self-directed learning.
•
Develop relationships within your circle to receive referrals that will help supplement your leads.
•
Be able to participate with the team in cross-covering appointments and helping as needed, while being willing to ask for help as well.
•
Display exceptional communication and file maintenance skills via our industry-leading CRM.
•
Participate in the ongoing team chat in Telegram to help maintain the highest levels of motivation for both you and the rest of the team.
•
Participate and have fun in company events.
•

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
