What You'll Do:

✅ Jobsite Management

•

Complete and oversee all required checklists for job progress and quality control

•

Keep the jobsite clean, professional, and free of debris

•

Prevent property damage during tear-off; monitor crew conduct

•

Perform final cleanup including a magnetic sweep for nails and loose debris

✅ Customer Communication

•

Keep homeowners informed throughout the day with updates and progress reports

•

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and clear communication

✅ Issue Resolution

•

Answer homeowner questions on-site with professionalism

•

Escalate any issues beyond your control directly to the Field Manager

✅ Crew Labor Payout

•

Accurately verify and report the work completed by the crew

•

Ensure the crew is paid correctly based on the scope of work completed

✅ Jobsite Evangelist

•

Engage neighbors while on site, offer free roof inspections

•

Leave behind marketing materials and contact information

What We’re Looking For:

•

Previous experience in roofing, construction, or field supervision preferred

•

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

•

Clear communicator who can manage crews and interact with homeowners professionally on site

•

Reliable, organized, and coachable

•

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.87 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
