We're hiring organized, results-oriented sales professionals ready to step into a high-opportunity role with a trusted company serving Brevard County and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
•Sales experience (5+ years preferred) managing a book of business +$1 million
•Roofing or general construction knowledge is a plus
•Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills
•Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
•Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, clean background check
•Comfortable using technology (CRM, mobile apps, email)
Key Responsibilities
•Conduct professional assessments of residential and commercial roofing needs
•Present clear, honest sales proposals with confidence and precision
•Build long-term client relationships based on trust and follow-through
•Oversee the full sales cycle from first contact through project completion
•Use our CRM system, email, and communication tools for consistent follow-up
•Attend structured team meetings and ongoing sales training
•Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with pride
•Travel locally to job sites within Brevard County and surrounding areas as needed
Pay: $100,000 - $250,000 + per year (Salary, Commission, Bonus)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
