The Right-of-Way Coordinator is tasked with negotiating, drafting, and securing agreements related to land surface operations for the Company, including drilling wells and constructing facilities. This dynamic role requires the ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines, overseeing an inventory of drill sites for multiple rigs and coordinating the performance of similar duties in remote areas.
- Prioritizes, assigns, and supervises project field staff while actively participating in fieldwork and managing right-of-way office operations.
- Determines surface ownership, coordinates surface use agreements, and obtains necessary permits and inspections from regulatory agencies.
- Mediates issues among landowners, agents, and subcontractors, maintaining effective communication with all parties to ensure project coordination.
- Supports various departments such as Business Development and the Land department, ensuring that all necessary work is completed and critical obligations are identified and met.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Extensive knowledge of state oil and gas regulations, and proficiency in writing reports and business correspondence.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, capable of organizing, prioritizing, delegating, and leading projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Proven team player focused on servant leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum one (1) year of recent related experience in Right-of-Way projects.
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Energy Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
- At least five (5) years of recent related experience in the oil and gas Industry.
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
