Job Summary

This position interfaces with the public, governmental entities, and other license/permit holders to renew, and manage recurring agreements and fees associated with property rights and obligations for the Company. This position acts independently and in conjunction with company ROW Agents, Finance specialists, Project Managers, Engineers, inside and outside Legal Counsel relating to both the gas and electric businesses.

Essential Functions

Education Description

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s Degree or High School Graduate or GED will consider a combination of education and related experience in real estate, right of way acquisition, easement document preparation, document management, land and title research totaling two (2) years.

Must have knowledge of legislative requirements regarding regulatory compliance with real property issues. *
