Position Summary

As a Right of Way (ROW) Agent at Oncor, you’ll work under general supervision to assist in managing the landowner/customer relationships for the Company in order to prevent or minimize complaints & disputes, support internal work groups & generally build positive relationships between Oncor & its neighboring landowners & communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying permitting requirements for projects, engaging appropriate stakeholders to acquire permits & following through to achieve right-to-construct.

The Right-of Way (ROW) group serves as Oncor’s representative in managing its real estate and right-of-way assets to protect title & interest; prevent encroachments, trespass & environmental misuse; & where applicable looks for ways to generate revenue through the grant of licenses.

This position is not office-based. The role requires travel anywhere within our service territory with company reimbursement for mileage. We are open to applicants in multiple skill levels. Please see “education and experience” section for corresponding details.
