This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Lead located in Medford, OR. The Retail Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing product inventory, and leading sales efforts. Additional tasks include maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales targets, and fostering a positive shopping experience for customers.

- Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills

- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service

- Strong Communication skills

- Proven leadership and team management abilities

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in the renewable energy sector is beneficial
