About The Role
As a
Procurement/Supply Chain Lead
at Novus, you’ll play a critical leadership role in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven delivery of procurement and logistics services for high-impact projects in the rapidly growing Semiconductor industry. You will work cross-functionally with technical teams, project leadership, and external partners to manage end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with aggressive program timelines and high-performance standards. This is a high-visibility position with direct impact on project execution and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
•Oversee the creation, documentation, and compliance of Purchase Orders and subcontracts.
•Proactively support project teams with expediting and logistical coordination of materials and equipment.
•Lead the development and review of comprehensive procurement and supply chain plans tailored to project requirements.
•Deliver accurate and timely procurement reporting and updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
•Establish pricing, discount, and service-level agreements with vetted and reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
•Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
•Provide hands-on support in preparing commercial proposals and competitive bids.
•Maintain deep expertise in procurement best practices, regulatory standards, and market trends.
•Ensure full compliance with HSE, Quality, and Project Management Systems, including vendor prequalification and risk management.
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving project needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 years of progressive experience
in project-based procurement and logistics.
•Must have experience with sourcing
Electrical & Process Piping
materials.
•Strong knowledge of procurement workflows, commercial negotiation, and vendor management.
•Preferred experience with the
Semiconductor
industry.
•Certificate, diploma, or degree in
Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management
is preferred.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Effective communicator—verbal, written, and cross-functional.
