About the Role
As a Procurement/Supply Chain Lead at Novus, you’ll play a critical leadership role in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven delivery of procurement and logistics services for high-impact projects in the rapidly growing Semiconductor industry. You will work cross-functionally with technical teams, project leadership, and external partners to manage end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with aggressive program timelines and high-performance standards. This is a high-visibility position with direct impact on project execution and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
•
Oversee the creation, documentation, and compliance of Purchase Orders and subcontracts.
•
Proactively support project teams with expediting and logistical coordination of materials and equipment.
•
Lead the development and review of comprehensive procurement and supply chain plans tailored to project requirements.
•
Deliver accurate and timely procurement reporting and updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
•
Establish pricing, discount, and service-level agreements with vetted and reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
•
Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
•
Provide hands-on support in preparing commercial proposals and competitive bids.
•
Maintain deep expertise in procurement best practices, regulatory standards, and market trends.
•
Ensure full compliance with HSE, Quality, and Project Management Systems, including vendor prequalification and risk management.
•
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving project needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in project-based procurement and logistics.
•
Must have experience with sourcing Electrical & Process Piping materials.
•
Strong knowledge of procurement workflows, commercial negotiation, and vendor management.
•
Preferred experience with the Semiconductor industry.
•
Certificate, diploma, or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management is preferred.
•
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•
Effective communicator—verbal, written, and cross-functional.
•
