Restore specializes in restoring properties after underground gas, electric, and water utility work. Our work includes landscaping repair, lawn and shrub replacement, and concrete/asphalt restoration such as sidewalks, roadways, and driveways. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Restoration Coordinator to support daily operations and keep projects, crews, vendors, and customers aligned.
This is a hands-on operations coordination role combining office work, field visibility, logistics, and customer communication. You will be the link between the office, field crews, vendors, municipalities, and customers.
This is not a desk-only role. Frequent local driving is required for site visits, job pre-screening, material coordination, and field support.
- Pre-screen new jobs to confirm scope, materials, and readiness before scheduling
- Track all activity in Salesforce
- Support overall workflow and job readiness
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Help resolve issues and coordinate scheduling
- Maintain strong customer communication
- Conduct site walkthroughs to assess scope and conditions
- Ensure crews have necessary materials, equipment, and access
- Support field coordination as needed
- Schedule material deliveries, traffic control, equipment, and specialty vendors
- Ensure resources are in place at the right time
- Prepare and submit permit applications
- Track approvals and required documentation
- Assist with material pickups, deliveries, and back-office coordination
- Manage yard inventory (materials, supplies, and equipment)
- Maintain accurate inventory and equipment records
- Participate in scheduling and operations meetings
Frequent local travel is part of this role. The Restoration Coordinator will regularly drive to job sites for pre-screening, walkthroughs, material pickup, deliveries, and field coordination. Candidates must be comfortable working both in an office and in the field.

- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Monday–Friday in office (Newtown, CT). Occasional extended hours during peak seasons. Winter workload may be lighter depending on operations.
