Summary: The Resource Coordinator assists the organization in managing project resources and providing operational support for the Project Teams and leaders. This role will be responsible for supporting the teams through each phase of a project; Initiate, Plan, Launch, Execution, Monitor, and Closure.
Essential Functions - Coordinate technician onboarding and offboarding related tasks and tracking. - Coordinate technician movement and resources among projects such as; booking lodging, coordinating with lodging vendors, coordinating technician tools and equipment, etc. - Perform assigned project billing and payroll responsibilities. - Work with Project Teams to define and facilitate support objectives. - Work with Project Leaders to track and manage tasks to ensure all projects resources are managed efficiently and within compliance/safety requirements. - Assist with technician related inquiries and requirements. - Coordinate with all departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and align resources and ensure availability. - Facilitates efficient and effective decision-making processes by gathering data, assembling appropriate stakeholders, and formulating recommendations - Create and maintain process documentation to include developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
Qualifications - Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening. - Must have a valid & active driver’s license - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related business applications. - Proficient computer skills, including the ability to operate a PC, mobile/handheld applications, email, and navigation systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the public, utility partners, and internal teams. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and communications. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and implement effective solutions. - Effective planning and coordination skills to support operational needs. - Process-oriented mindset, with the ability to follow established procedures and identify opportunities for improvement. - Ability to drive results through measurement, analysis, and continuous efficiency optimization.
Salary: $23 - $26 per hour

This is a full-timeposition. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
- High School Diploma or GED Diploma
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Resource Coordinator or similar role
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls. This role also requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
