- Demonstrate safe work practices.
- Build, assemble, troubleshoot, and test laboratory and/or pilot test set-ups for water treatment, desalination, and resource recovery, as needed, at the Technology Center
- Collect data through laboratory experimentation and analyze and report research findings.
- Develop presentations, dashboards, models, infographics, and other items to draw conclusions and support effective decision-making.
- Assist with pilot operations at field locations, as the technologies progress from lab-scale to pilot-scale.
- Collaborate with different R&D and Engineering groups within TETRA, and suppliers /vendors.
- Maintain and perform calibrations on testing equipment and keep records.
- Develop and maintain a Proficient competency level in assigned topics.
- Comfortable working quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field of study
- EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years’ experience in laboratory or field settings. Experience in water analysis or treatment would be preferred but not necessary
- OTHER:
- Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
