As a Remote Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of Weir Motion Metrics systems installed at our global customer sites. You will join a cohesive remote support team where your expertise and timely interventions will be key to providing exceptional support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:* System Checking: Responsible for monitoring Motion Metrics systems to make sure all systems are performing as expected.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:* Minimum two years of customer support experience in industrial environments, encompassing both pre-sales and post-sales support.

Compensation: CAD 25 to 30/ hour
