Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contract Support Specialist at Toll International LLC. The role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Contract Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires collaborating with different teams to resolve complex problems and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
•Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
•Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience to resolve complex issues
•Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
•Relevant experience in contract support or a similar role is a plus
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Contract Support Specialist – Remote (Full-Time)

At Toll International, we manage complex capital construction programs with precision, accountability, and responsiveness. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
•Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with contract staff, managers, and client representatives.
•Track consultant invoices through the approval process and maintain agreement documentation in the content management system.
•Monitor contract statuses, prepare correspondence, and assist in maintaining compliance with agreement terms.
•Maintain and update database records, manage filing systems, and coordinate appointments and follow-ups.
•Support document control and data integrity across internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
•3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, contract support, or similar roles.
•Familiarity with OpenText, SharePoint, or similar content management systems.
•Knowledge of SWAC, contract compliance processes, or experience with large infrastructure/public sector projects is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
