Remote Sales Assosiate 18+

Monalisa Sun based in Brooklyn NY is seeking a professional, enthusiastic Outbound Sales Associate/Appointment Setter.

The qualified candidate will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and be a team player.

To be successful in this role, you will be a high performing lead generator making outbound calls to prospective clients.

The successful candidate will build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating contact, continuing communication if there is a follow up to be had and moving the opportunity to a solar appointment.

Responsibility’s

- Reach out via our supplied leads and set appointment’s.

- Work in our CRM to input and update vital prospect information.

- Participate in a weekly Sales Meeting and work as a teammate.

- Have reliable High-speed Internet as you will be working from home.

- Consistently meet and exceed expectations and goals.

- Energetic and enthusiastic.

- Strong phone and verbal skills

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for experienced outbound agents who are motivated, driven to make money and determined to move up in our growing company. You will be setting appointments for our Solar Sales specialist from the comfort of your home. Our appointment setters will call on new and aged customers who may have had interest in solar at one point in time. You will discuss the benefits of Solar with the goal of setting up a qualified appointment for our Solar sales specialist.

There is clear and absolute room for growth within the Monalisa Sun if goals are met and passed the sky is the limit.

- Pay: $500 per install after installation is complete 100% commission based (the more installs you make happen the more you make)
