Remote Customer Service Agent - Call Center

Town Square Energy is now hiring Customer Service Representatives in Chandler, AZ!

- Availability- Part time / 20-25 hours per week. - With the potential of full time employment. * Pay-Pay based on experience – Starting at $14.00 per hour.

Town Square Energy provides alternative electric supply-rate options to the millions of residential and small commercial utility customers in 8 states and more than 30 utility markets. Our Chandler Branch is looking for professional, friendly, and caring customer service agents. All calls are incoming customer care calls; no outbound or cold-calling.

Our Representatives are responsible for assisting our customers in a variety of ways:

- Handling inbound customer service calls

- Processing inbound enrollment calls

- Professionally and carefully responding to all customer inquiries and enrollments via incoming calls, chat, and email.

- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues.

- Adapts to ever-changing environment.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Customers are the reason we are in business. Being that they are the face of our company, our Customer Service Representatives must core competencies:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent phone etiquette.

- Must be highly motivated, be willing to take initiative, have a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic.

- Ability to multi-task.

- Must be detail oriented.

- Arrive on schedule.

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- High school diploma or GED is required.

- Background check is required

- Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred

- Must have reliable transportation

This is a perfect part-time opportunity for someone looking for supplemental income with a discretionary full-time opportunity available after 90-day probationary period.
