We’re seeking a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven New Relocation Sales Representative to join our ADT team! In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners who have recently moved into the area, introducing them to ADT’s industry-leading smart home security solutions.

You’ll focus on building strong relationships, reactivating former accounts, and establishing trust with new customers — helping them protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do:

- Engage new homeowners in your assigned territory using innovative lead generation strategies.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of ADT services.

- Complete all work order documentation using standardized procedures.

- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

- Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and support.

What You’ll Need:

- Preferred but not required: Consumer sales experience

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation

- Problem-solving mindset with consultative sales skills

- Time management skills and the ability to work independently

- Tech-ready: Comfortable using CRM software

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

- Flexible schedule — including evenings & weekends

Pay & Benefits:

- 100% Commission-Based — $500 per sale paid within 72 hours (direct deposit)

- Uncapped earning potential — New reps can earn $85K/year, experienced reps $130K+
