We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Hopkins, MN sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role centered on outbound sales, requiring a proven track record in generating leads through cold calling, email outreach, and persistent follow-up. The position involves approximately 20% regional travel for client meetings and trade shows.
This is a results-driven role with a clear expectation to achieve a $400,000 annual sales target. Performance is measured through sales outcomes and activity, with quarterly reviews to ensure consistent progress. We are looking for a disciplined, experienced salesperson who thrives in a high-accountability environment and can deliver measurable results.
- Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Execute high-volume outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Conduct virtual client meetings using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
- Manage and document all sales activities accurately in our CRM (GoldMine)
- Represent the company at trade shows and in-person client meetings (~20% regional travel)
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects
- Resilience in handling rejection and persistence in pursuing leads
- Full-time in-office availability Monday–Friday in Hopkins, MN (no remote work)
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Required to travel regionally (~20%) for client meetings and industry events
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a results-focused environment
