We are seeking a proactive and analytical Reliability Specialist to help drive continuous improvement in equipment and process reliability. In this role, you will develop and apply methods to analyze failure trends, identify root causes, and recommend cost-effective solutions to improve uptime and reduce maintenance costs. You’ll collaborate closely with maintenance teams and leadership to ensure reliable operations that meet internal and external customer expectations. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; associate’s degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.- Leadership experience in a maintenance or reliability setting is preferred.
- CMRP or other reliability-related certification.
- Experience with:
- Predictive Maintenance (PdM) techniques
- Precision Maintenance practices
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Champion a “Safety First” culture by following and promoting all safety policies and procedures.
- Lead and support Continuous Reliability Improvement (CRI) initiatives across the plant.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure reliability performance.
