Reliability Engineer

The primary purpose of this position is to proactively support the Maintenance Department by implementing predictive and preventative maintenance strategies to prevent and predict equipment failures.

The ideal candidate will have previous reliability knowledge and leadership experience in a heavy industrial environment, strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office), experience with CMMS, and the ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions. Minimum supervision is expected, requiring the Reliability Engineer to have their own vision and drive to maintain reliability processes and programs.
