: Reliability Engineer
Position Overview:
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation and management of a Predictive Maintenance Reliability (PdM) system at Sebree to optimize the lifetime value of the Company’s physical assets. The candidate will utilize maintenance nondestructive testing technologies such as infrared, acoustic (partial discharge and airborne ultrasonic), corona detection, vibration analysis, sound level measurements, oil analysis, and other specific online tests

•Uphold and promote all Century safety policies and practices.
•Ensure environmental impacts are evaluated for all changes in equipment, processes, or materials
Reliability & Maintenance Improvement
•Lead reliability initiatives and promote a plant-wide reliability culture.
•Perform and document Root Cause Problem Elimination (RCPE) with actionable follow-ups.
•Develop, optimize, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
•Analyze equipment performance data to drive continuous improvement.
•Enhance condition monitoring strategies and integrate new technologies.
•Stay current with reliability and maintenance best practices and tool
Operational & Technical Support
•Provide advanced troubleshooting for process and equipment issues.
•Act as project lead or sponsor for maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and engineering.
•Support spare parts analysis and manage obsolescence of components.
•Provide technical coverage in the absence of planners or supervisors.
•Promote and implement precision maintenance practices and permanent repair strategies.
•Mentor, coach, and support maintenance hourly and salary personnel to meet their goals, the individual skill levels are developed, and ownership of the process is adopted at all levels of the organization.

Project & Documentation Management
•Prepare and deliver clear reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
•Lead and support capital projects, ensuring timely execution and performance tracking.
•Maintain and revise equipment documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
•Proficient in reliability tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, RCPE, predictive maintenance, and FMEA.
•Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance or similar CMMS platforms.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
