Job Description: Relationship Manager – Credit Funds
Armstrong International is seeking a Relationship Manager based in London or New York to build and nurture deep, trusted partnerships with leading Credit Funds. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of talent, advisory, and capital raising in a fast-evolving sector. You will represent Armstrong International across our global network and contribute to building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the credit investment community.hies.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their evolving needs in hiring, capital, and market intelligence.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of talent and capital mandates.
- Represent Armstrong International with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership and understanding of developments in the credit industry.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in consulting and/or financial services.
- Deep understanding or strong interest in credit markets and alternative investments.
- Highly empathetic and able to build trust-based relationships.
- Degree from a well-regarded university with strong academic credentials.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-border team (London, New York, Miami, Macedonia).
The Credit team partner with both Private and Public Credit investors, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Private equity firms in Europe and the US. Within Private Debt, coverage includes Direct Lending, Asset Backed Lending and Fund Finance (NAV Lending). The team also work with Distressed, Special Situations/Opportunistic Credit and Performing Credit funds alongside Structured Credit and CLOs (both primary and secondary).
