Supplier Relationship Management Specialist

Position Summary

Manage companywide Supply Chain program for collaboration, relationship, and performance management of specific key suppliers/partners that cross multiple categories, sourcing projects, and business units. Provide overall guidance for Supply Chain key supplier/partner activities and stakeholder engagement. Support Xcel Energy’s responsible sourcing efforts related to compliance and sustainability. Implement relationship management strategies to ensure suppliers meet Xcel Energy’s performance expectations, including collaborating with key suppliers, reviewing supplier documentation, maintaining supplier performance data, and coordinating performance reviews between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $100,000.00 to $117,000.00 per year
